Re: A Tow Vehicle religious question

Congratulations, sounds like you had a challenging time. Hate to loose a Ford man but today I think they are all about the same :-?

Re: A Tow Vehicle religious question

Our 21 f350 dually with a 4/10 ratio. The 10 speed trans is fantastic vs the 6 speed in my 15. Getting 20mpg highway not towing and 16 locally. We cruse at 63 and avg 11mpg in the east and 9 to 10 on the Colorado trip. The cruse control is much smoother and hardly notice the gear change when climbin...

Re: Camping Memberships and Discounts

We use GS most of the time. Dropped Passport America a long time ago, same reasons at Don. This year we dropped KOA, don't use it enough to pay the membership.

Re: It was time

Thanks all, we love it. Starting to learn all the new technology. The hitch needs to be raised because the bed sides are taller and the old tonneau cover was 2" to short. Getting 17 mpg vs 14.5 :D

We are in Ohio, and not much to choose from. This was a good deal for us.

It was time

Last week the truck shut down and we had to be towed. Thankfully we were not towing. A fuel injector was leaking an had to be replaced. When I got the report that last statement was, the truck is running fine for now. We traded it in and got a new 2021 :bounce: :thumbrt: IMG_20210725_090454220_HDR.j...

Re: COVID 19 information for camping

We were prepared to leave Florida May 1 but our campground in Ohio and all state and private CG are closed  and May not open until mid May at the earliest. So we will stay put for another month. I will need to reschedule doctor appointments we had in May. One will still be kept virtually on May...

Re: 4WD or 2WD vehicle???

For me I choose 4X4 because there have been several times over the years that I have used it to get out of a muddy campsite :thumbrt: and a couple of times in mountain area campsites that were gravel roads on a hill, pulling and backing. If I only need it once it would be worth and I understand resa...
