Heading eastbound on I-40 near MM 70. We were the big red truck pulling the full paint headed west

About 11:15 am. White truck, white bird. Are you headed to Klamath, too?

A little before 11am. Heading south on CA 99 between Sacramento and Elk Grove. Full paint towed by black truck is all I could tell

He was heading wrong way for the rally!
