B&W Companion

Would like comments, both good and bad, from those using a B&W Companion, especially installation and removal issues.

Thanks

Re: Took The Plunge

WV, you are right about the hills in Tx are no test however we are headed to Yellowstone in mid August and that should be a little different driving conditions. As far as buying a King Ranch in Texas the dealers dont stock anything else.

Re: 2012 F350

Thanks for all the replies. I have made up my mind to purchase the truck. I have one picked out. Just waiting a couple of weeks. Wife gets bonus at work middle of April. She has agreed to make large down payment if I will wait. Thats a no brainer on my part.

2012 F350

I am seriously considering purchasing a new 2012 F350 SRW King Ranch with 6.7 liter. Just wondering if others have this tow vehicle and how it has performed for you. Our current 5er has a dry weight of 12,500lbs.

Yellowstone or nearby compground

Were planning a trip this summer to Yellowstone. This will be our first trip there and we need information on campgrounds inside the park or close by.

Question About Ford Exhaust Brake

I am seriously considering purchase of a 2012 F350 SRW. We 5vr weighs approximately 13,500 loaded. I like the idea of the exhaust brake as we travel through the Rockies each year. Any comments of the effectiveness of this item would be appreciated.

Colorado Campground

Looking for a good campground in S.W. portion of Colorado. We prefer full hookups but also want to be somewhat remote. Looking around the Creede and Lake City region but are open to others perhaps Leadville. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Jim, thanks for the reply. I had the bags installed yesterday and did not have the automatic compressor put on just yet. (monetary limitations) but plan to do so soon.

Air Lift Bags

Just had air bags installed on my F250 Super Duty to help smooth out the ride and eliminate some of the squatting when towing my Blue Ridge 3025RL. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this addition. I have a pin weight of approx. 26oolbs. And was curious about what psi to run in bags. H...
