I have mine set wide open at 10 and I still don't get as much as I would like. The brakes are as tight as I can get them. Maybe I'm expecting more trailer braking than I should. They won't lock up if I use the manucal control. Should they? Also, if I hit some bumps while breaking hard it jerk the tr...
