Welcome to the club! You are probably going to get a lot of differing opinions on the best hitch, but I can assure you that you have come to the right place if you like good, honest, concerned discussions instead of BS. A lot of nice people, too. I decided on the Pullrite Super 5th with the Super Ra...

I spent hours reading posts on differant forums and talking to fellow campers about these Chinese made tires. Seems like the failure rate is way beyond anything I wanted to take a chance on. The most popular replacement suggestion I received was Michelin XPS Rib Lt. I could not find any references t...

I don't have the weights available to me but I suspect that the 34QS may be too much for the F250. Check the factory specs., add weight of fuel, passengers, hitch, propane, supplies, etc., and then add 10%. Welcome to the forum and stay safe. See you on the road!

Pops,

According to the their web site, the 9000 series has a three year warranty.
The first two include labor. The worst that can happen is that they say "no", and then you and the rest of us out here will know who not to do business with.

Yep. It will increase the total weight and decrease the pin weight. Theoretically, you could put enough weight behind the axles to lift the rear of your truck. Although the weight of the filled water tank won't make enough difference to tell without a scale.

Why not call the manufacturer directly and explain your problem. The awning should still be under warranty & they might step up to the plate and try to satisfy you. Wouldn't hurt to mention the discussion about your problem on this forum. There number is (574) 294-2511.

E-Z Flex Equalizer

I am going to upgrade my shackles to greasable bronse bushings and am considering putting the E-Z Flex Equalizer from Dexter on while I have everything apart. The price seems reasonable and it appears that it would improve the suspension, at least to some degree. Has anyone out there had any experia...

The only thing that I have had freeze up in Las Vegas was my bank account. I don't think the temperature or humidity had anything to do with it........ although there was a lot of ice in my drinks.

Trying to get to 67 degrees with the fan set on low and high humitity is almost guaranteed to freeze up your evaporator. Turn both the temperature and the fan up. Also, be sure the filter is clean and all of the a/c vents are open. Hope this helps.

OK folks, this sounds like something everybody could use. Why don't we put our heads together and see if we can come with something. Seems like it should be two lists. One for unhooking and setting up and another for decamping and hooking up. Anybody want to start it? Could be especially useful for ...
