Just relax and enjoy the learning curve. It won't take long before you can can do it all in 30 minutes without any effort. And the good part is, if you forget something, IT WON"T SINK. :)) Good luck and happy camping.

I am a died in the wool Ford man. Never driven anything else and probably never will. That said, if you are looking at anything from '03 through '05, the Chevy is probably the best way to go. ------------------------Dang, it hurt to say that! :ymtongue:

Re: Dully? 4x4 or 2x4?

I use mine for a daily driver and want it to be easy to park, so I'm staying with SRW. Also, don't intend to be anywhere that 4 wheel drive is needed, so can't see any reason to pay more upfront and have parts I don't need wear out or break. However, if I lived in Minnesota, a 4 wheel drive might be...

Re: Fuel Additives

I agree plus the lower the sulfur the lower the lube. But in the Portland area with 2 to 5% bio you do not need anything else. Sure hope you are right , Mike. Time will tell. In any case, I am really enjoying my new Ford and I know you like your new Chevy. I think I'll just have a glass of Jack to ...

You got that right, John. I was perfectly happy with mpg on my '06, but have picked up 15 to 20% with the new one. And it's a lot more fun to drive. I'm one happy camper! :bounce:

There is no doubt that the V10 was one of the best gasser tow vehicles made. But, now that we have got you converted to an oil burner, you won't want to go back. Congratulations on the new ride! :thumbrt:
