Re: SRW or DRW

They are more stable, have less tire flex/roll and typically bigger anti sway bars. Also the extra wheels are nice should you get a blow out at highway speeds, training wheels if you will!

Re: GM/Dodge trucks

rich, have you monitored the fuel pressure? We take note every fall during the plow truck extravaganza. The blue spring kit will only work if there is enough coming from the primary pump/tank/lines/filters to get the good pressure. Most of our now 11 6.0 trucks started around 47 to 52 psi and got to...

Re: GM/Dodge trucks

Rich, there is only one solution to diesel issues no matter which brand. Get a BIG gas motor that 8.1 Allison combo is nice, and many of us love the v-10;s no regen, no high dollar injector pumps, no anti gel, no smell, 4000 to 6000 bucks less. 7 qt oil changes, no cold start issues, no DEF, no DPF,...

Re: Factory Ford 450HP re-flash

id be very interested in the dyno charts, after the 400 hp upgrade for the firsst few and still being walked all over by GM. I realize it became standard but either their management of power to ground is inferior or they killed the curve for a higher peak number. Im all for FORD and factory equipmen...

Re: Radiator Shot

seems radiators built before a certain date had problems with crimping on the tanks also. From our experience after the venturi t and radiator change you should be good for the long haul

Re: Radiator Shot

sounds all too familiar! One of our suppliers had this happen to 2 of his trucks after the warranty but made a stink and got it covered. It is well documented that the Job one radiators were eaten like cheezeburgers! There is a "fix" that involves a venturi "t". Do a little rease...

Re: I LUV my 09 F250?

its a shame and embarrassing (for ford and those of us who bleed blue) that you have to jump thru so many hoops to keep your powerstroke running reliably. That being said, fuel filters every 10k, drain water separator every oil change, synthetic oil every 5000miles, limiting short trips and idle tim...

Re: Catalytic Converter-Branson Rally

Glad you got it sorted out. Lots of people have no idea that there is a federal regulation that is different then your warrantee from the Manufacturer. It has specifics to what is warranted and for how long, for instance emissions related components (certain ones) are covered for 80k and some over. ...
