Re: Yellowstone RV Park?
We stayed at Yellowstone RV Park in Billings a couple of years ago in June for a couple of days. For the price, it was a nice park to stay in. The reason we didn't stay at the KOA, was that there prices were out of this world. If I remember the price was about $50.00 per day which isn't bad during t...

Re: Benson-Tombstone AZ
We haved stayed in Benson at the KOA a couple of times and have always had a pleasent experience. It beats driving from Tucson on a daily basics. There is a lot to see in the area, and we recommend staying in the area. No matter how good a campground is, there are always a few who don't like it. :D

Re: Air Lift 5000
I had airlift air bags installed on my 3500 Dodge Ram about two years ago at Camping World. I was having the same problem as you. At first I would put 30 lbs in the bags, but soon realized that about 20 lbs worked best. The bags have worked well, and I have had no problems with them. I would highly ...

Re: Air Lift Bags
I had the airlift air bags installed on my 2005 Ram 3500. I did not get the compressor installed. I usually add about 25 lbs of pressure. I find that the pressure holds and I have never had to adjut the pressure while on the road. I find that it is easy to add or ajust pressue without the onboard co...

Re: Warranty about to expire
Good Sam offers an extended warranty on a yearly contract. This beats spending $2800 all at once. I would check them out. . I’ve always had good service with Good Sam and would trust them over any other warranty offered out there.

Re: Air Lift Air Springs
Just installed Firestones on mine, hey Jerry jump across the river sometime and say hey. My wife and I are leaving Monday the 7th for a two week trip to Winchester Bay and then Crescent City California to see the Redwoods. When I get back, lets meet for breakfast or something like that. Jerry James

Air Lift Air Springs
I'm thinking of putting Air lift air Springs (Super Duty Air Springs) on the rear of my truck. Camping World will install them for me. This is the brand that they stock. Has anyone out there used this brand? If so please let me know. I have a Dodge 2005 3500 1 ton 4X4 tow vehicle. Thanks, Jerry &...

Tires for my tow vehicle
I'm needing to replace the tires on my truck. My choice so far is the Michelin LTX A/T2, LT265/70R17 121R LRE. Has anyone out there used these tires on their tow rig? If so, let me know what you think of these tires. Thanks, I went with the Goodyear WRANGLER SILENT ARMOR Tire - LT265/70R17 123R LR E...

Re: Towing in Mountains
Mountain driving isn't all that bad. I usually put my dodge in 3rd or 2nd depending on the downgrade, and only brake to keep the rpms under redline. This seems to work well for me. Always check your brakes before the down grade and start the downgrade as slow as possible. Stay away from the 10% down...

Airlift Air Bags
I'm thinking of installing air bags on my 2005 Dodge 3500 truck. The main reason is for a smoother ride and to keep it from bottoming out on rough roads. Camping world will install AirLift Air Springs for a resonable price. Has anyone had any experience with this brand of air bags? If so, I would li...
