We are planning a trip to the grand canyon this summer and would like to hear from you guys that have experienced the campgrounds in that area. We are looking for something with full hookups, thanks in advance.

Yup, that's where I saw it too. It may be nothing more than "someone said" I guess time will tell, It still makes for interesting conversation.

"I can not find where Ford or anyone else list the HP and Torque ratings for the six speed Torqshift transmission. Chris" Exactly, so why would anyone believe that it can't handle additional HP? I don't believe that any of the manufacturers advertise what the max ratings of their units are.

I wasn't aware that the Allison or the Aisin were considered to be stronger than the Torqshift, I don't think that the transmission will be the first limiting factor to future power increases for the 6.7.

I would have to believe that the transmission is capable of handling this rumored increase.

Who's embarassed? If you look at the independent dyno tests done on the Ford and GM trucks it showed that Ford was higher on torque but, the GM laid down more HP. One could conclude that GM may have been conservative on their HP rating. I have always believed that competition makes all of us winners...

Their is talk on the Powerstroke forum about Ford offering a 450hp flash for the 6.7, can't wait to get all of the details.

A Boss 429 is my dream car but, I'll never be able to afford one. I love Mopars they're great, I also had a 340 Dart when I was a teenager and wish I would have been smart like you and held onto it. Don't take that 6.7 test drive unless you plan on pulling the trigger.

Bill I have a 35SBQLE and it pulls the bird with total ease, you will be more than pleased with the way the truck handles your rig. I have been so busy lately that I haven't even had a chance to drive mine since we returned from the trip out west.
