Forest River is good about selling parts and trim. Call them to buy a vanity to install there.
Probably get better service than having the dealer do it.

Well, about 60% of the US is now snow covered, and that includes Lincoln, NE. Pulled in a couple of nighs ago, they had the trails plowed to show you the way, but it was packed snow and ice. Spinning in 4WD but made steady progress and couldn't live without it. We don't do warm country very well.

I rescrewed mine down last year, after one trip half of them were missing. And I went up one size in screws. However, all that did was make a larger hole and many are missing again. I am going to the pop rivet route also, but I sure wonder how many flat tires were behind me. :(

I have the 2003 Dodge 5.9L and I put on a Bully Dog unit. Helps the towing out considerably but in the hills I tend to leave it in stock mode, as someone said the EGT goes way high if you don't. I need to do the big muffler, if this one ever wears out. I like the Bully Dog when not towing even more,...

My experience with General is so-so. They won't make a move without consulting Forest River, but I have had better luck dealing with FR myself for timing and price and doing the work myself.

I have towed with a tailgate and a slotted tailgate and never noticed a real measurable difference. I like the slotted tailgate because it is easier to back into the hitch with it. But stuff will blow out between the slots.

the better half says we are going to Denver (Bailey @8200 fee) for thanksgiving and birth of a new granddaughter. So I am busy trying to set up for some cold weather camping in the daughter's driveway. No that is real "winterizing" but I love a challenge.

well, when the vac seems to be ineffective it is time to check the bag. Moving the canister can be done, but will need a longer power cord and duct piping but I wonder where you would put it that is any easier but still out of the way. Not that bad to get in there to change it tho.

I believe they are prone to failure from power surges. For that reason I bought a surge protector for the trailer and hope that helps

The load on the axles is actually the total weight minus the pin weight divided by the number of axles. But I admit I have never weighed mine loaded and "go by the grace of god". :) But, you have to be mindful of what your truck can haul so you should get that information and know what it ...

Instead of using rams in your system, would a hydraulic motor on the present system work instead of the electric motor? You should always pin hydraulics, things fall FAST when a hose fails.
