Dodge Ram 3500 Recall
Received a notice in the mail today that my truck has been recalled to inspect the left tie rod ball stud. The recall involves 2008 through 2011 model years as well as 2003 through 2008 model years that had their steering linkage replaced with Mopar parts.

Wayne....sounds like a good Idea. :thumbrt: If you are at all handy, I believe you can do the winterization yourself. I remove my Low Point plugs (One on hot , one on Cold lines) and drain all the tanks, water heater, etc...(Put low point plugs back on) Then, put water heater on Bypass...usually at...

I went ahead and filled the tank two-thirds full anyway. Before I turn in I am going to secure the sewer hose in a plastic bag and stick it in a heated compartment. Will also disconnect and drain the water hose.
