Congrats on the new truck Dave. It seems like it's been a while since we've heard from you. With a dually 6.4 and 4.10 gearing you should be able to pull a house off it's foundation. Paul It does sound like a pressure issue, I see it is a 06, do you know if the fitting was eve changed on the High pressure pump? they had a bad fitting that would leak, but it would cause a long crank or even a no start hot. get some one with a scan tool and watch the IPR and the IPR duty cycle and...

one of the things I like about the curt Q5 hitch it comes apart in 2 pieces the head unit comes off the base so you are only lifting 30-40 pounds at a time.
