Hey! I get to change my location! We are having some fun on the trip....doing some of the Route 66 from Cars movie stuff. Amazing the number of Europeans we have met on the old road!

Spotted a bird heading south on an over crossing near the Petrified Forest. We were headed east to Oklahoma - the Dodge truck pulling a trailer with some of what we kept, a Buick Rendesvouz pulling a U-Haul trailer (my son with some of their stuff) and me in a blue Dodge van with some more suff! Hop...

Yup…truck was smog checked at last registration, and DH has the special "license" for towing the 5th. Most CA DMV employees don't know a thing about it. Interesting - it shows up as a 'restriction' on his license.

We use an engine hoist, too. Makes it easy to move the hitch around in the garage. I believe DH got his at Harbor Freight.

Yeah...I know. The end of June will be my last S&B bound time...granddaughter graduates high school and returns to Japan (if Nagoya is still safe).
And northern California just doesn't seem to be Cardinal Country

Spotted going East on Bond/Laguna in Elk Grove, CA about 1pm on March 16th. We were at the Chick-Fil-A getting ready to leave. Since we were heading North on Hwy 99 to Sams, couldn't follow and see where you were headed!
