Cardinal/Blue Ridge RV Club Rules Addendum
Effective Date: On or before September 19th 2014
Per unanimous 6-0 Club Council Vote

Former Cardinal/Blue Ridge Owners

Cardinal/Blue Ridge Club members who choose to leave the Club by purchasing another brand trailer are now considered "Former Club Members" and will hereafter be known as FCM's and will no longer be allowed access to the Cardinal RV Club website or to participate or attend any rallies or events; and unfortunately they lose all rights to the Club. As stated in the rules, this is a Cardinal/Blue Ridge Club and access to this Club is through Cardinal/Blue Ridge trailer ownership. FCM's will no longer be permitted or invited to Club Rallies or Events. Current Club Members cannot invite or sponsor a FCM to any Rallies or Events.

1. FCM's access to information on this Club site will be limited to what a non member “Guest" can obtain.

2. If a former Cardinal/Blue Ridge owner sells his S.O.B. and purchases another Cardinal/Blue Ridge trailer and decides to rejoin the Club, he/she will be welcomed as a new member and will receive full access to the Cardinal RV Club website and all activities.

S.O.B.(Some other brand) Rules:

S.O.B.’s (Some Other Brand) status was created for family or friends of Cardinal/Blue Ridge Club Members who do not own a Cardinal or a Blue Ridge. After attending our Rallies/Events and they experience how family friendly we are, how much fun we have as a group and the great support we receive from Forest River, it is hoped our family/friends will want to purchase a Cardinal or Blue Ridge in the future.

The guidelines for inviting an S.O.B to a Rally or Event are listed below.

1. One Cardinal/Blue Ridge Club trailer in attendance can invite one S.O.B. trailer as a guest to a Cardinal/Blue Ridge Rally or Event.

2. Cardinal/Blue Ridge Club members need to advise the Wagon Master or Regional Leader of their guest if they plan to participate in any of the functions.

3. S.O.B.’s will make their own RV park reservations. Wagon Masters or Regional Leaders are not responsible for S.O.B. reservations. S.O.B. reservations cannot be made in the Cardinal/Blue Ridge section of the Rally, as these spots are reserved for Cardinal/Blue Ridge owners.

4. S.O.B.’s will be allowed to participate in all functions, with the exception of the Forest River sponsored special events, such as Raffles or Meals.

Other than enforcing the above rules, the management and staff does not attempt to validate any comments or recommendations provided by participants. As such, the Cardinal RV Club/owners are not responsible for any inaccuracies that may result in personal injury or damage.

The above rules are subject to change at any time at administrators discretion.
