Anyone know of good places to stay long term in Deming. I will be working there for 8 weeks. Wondered if anyone had any advice on places to stay or things to do.

I'm replying to my own post. You all would love the Little Vineyard RV Park in Deming. The people are so nice and the facilities are great.

Is there a place called "Wagon Circle" or similar? My brother in law and S-I-L stayed there for a couple months. They were very pleased.

Sorry late in replying as I was at work overseas, but yes definitely the Little Vineyard is the nicest park in town that I've found in 3 trips through there.

The only place we've stayed is Rock Hound State Park, great place, but not good for long term. Just north of there is another great State Park, City of Rocks.

I haven't seen a Wagon Circle. But mostly I have worked since I've been here not checked out everything. The state parks are great to visit but no shade or amenities.

Someone mentioned the Wagon Wheel here and I said I hadn't seen it. Senior moment. I drive by it everyday on my way to work! Must be on autopilot. There are quite a few RV parks here in Deming. It's a winter place to be. Personally I would winter on the beach but these people like it.
