Yesterday we explored Hot Springs, Arkansas. The best part was a stop on hotel row to the Buckstaff Hotel for a whirlpool mineral bath. What a great way to relax, rejuvenate and just enjoy. Maybe that will be our quest this trip to find mineral baths.

What a great site, I'm never going to be cold again. Except when I'm home, I see we don't have any, maybe that's why the Swedes invented the sauna.

Saunas are good too.
