TRAVEL RESORTS of AMERICA--JACKSON SPRINGS,NC

We joined this resort three years ago and ever since the money changed hands it's been down hill. They lie to you during the tour about the benefits of the resort and worry you to death over every little thing they can come up with while you are there. Too many cant do this-cant do thats! Kind of like a prison camp and you're being guarded. A beautiful place to visit if they treated you like other campgrounds. We think everyone has the right to know how they treat you at Sycamore Lodge RV resort in Jackson Springs,NC. Just a friendly warning from from someone who found out the hard way!!

LYNNTRANSOU,

Very sorry to hear about your bad experience.

I was wondering if you are able to use other parks in thier system and if you have how did they treat you?

We have been members at Sycamore Lodge since 2006. We have seen it continually grow and improve over the years. For the money we spent we feel like it was an excellent bargain, because 1) it was one of the less expensive resorts to join and 2) you actually have 2 home resorts you can go to without charge. The one here in NC and the one in Penn. So we figured you divide the price by 2 and you get a super bargain. We like to go to Myrtle Beach, SC. You can go there for 10 bucks a night plus change, you can't find a deal like that.
I must say truthfully we have had a few run ins over the years with a few individuals, but that can happen anywhere. We found the best way to handle them was to go right to the top and get it resolved.
