We are now in Traverse City at the Traverse Bay Resort, this is our third time here, high end park, nicely landscaped. If you want to buy the cheapest lots go for $60,000.

If you buy the lot...then what? What do you pay to stay there?

Tom, windy Isin't it ??????? Dayna, it's like a "Condo" assoc. There is a monthly fee, and you have a ton of restrictions, and ....heres the kicker ........................"You can't use it from mid(or end of)Oct, thru March. "
They board the place up, close the gates, and you don't have any access .( I go past the place a lot in the winter, summer also
).........and you CANNOT leave your RV on your lot , in off season.
There is a back lot ...BUT no snow plowing , no access
.......try to get insurance on a storred rig, with no access all winter .
BUT , it is a really GREAT place, I have been out there a number of times visiting traveling friends.

The last lot sold at TBRV resort sold fo $38,000.
