We've stayed at the Mesa Regal Resort in Mesa twice now and the internet service was really poor for having numerous transmitters in the Park. When we left in late March of 2012, the Park was planning on some upgrades and possibly giving you the option of getting a modem through a new cable provider. Does anyone know if this has been done or just "lip service"? Thanks

Lip service from Cal-Am, no way!!!!!! When it is someone's relative that handles the internet service maintenance, then it is not lip service!!!!!

Problem with our Cal-Am park is it does not matter how many antenna's they put up, if the pipe out of the park is to small, then service will NOT be good! Finally last winter they secured our system so the park next door can not get onto our system.

Did they close your Library??? I heard rumors about that happening.

Cal-Am needs to send all their people to customer service training classes. Despite the lack of good management, most love our park!

We just got back from 3 months at Mesa Regal and NO - the Internet has not improved. Unless you want to get up at 3 am to use it, it is pretty much useless. Even though there were 2 towers within site of our lot, they just don't have enough bandwith to support 2000+ lots.

Yes - the Internet/computer room is still open. However, since they have no time limit, it is amazing how many people sit there for hours just playing games on the computers. I needed to print something for business one afternoon and had to wait for quite awhile before someone finally left as no one seem to care that there was someone waiting.

When we were in the computer room getting our email etc. we noticed someone playing a "Video Game". No wonder people couldn't get on the system with people like that abusing the system. This coming winter I'm exploring Century Link (local internet provider) installing a hard wire to the RV and installing a modem and router. The router will handle up to 3 laptop / tablets. They can apparently run the data wire off the telephone connection that is at each site
