I am in the next week going to Houston, Texas. I will be taking my wife to M D Anderson Cancer Hospital. If anyone has any information on a campground near the hospital and information on the hospital its self. It would be greatly appreciated. Jim and Ramona

Jim & Ramona, you might want to look at Lake View Resort which is just southwest of the medical center. My daughter and her husband stayed there for a few days and found it to be very nice. They also have a shuttle to and from the medical center. Not real cheap but I doubt if you will find anything nicer that is close to the medical center. I have also visited this park and found it to be quite impressive. Good luck, Jerry

Jim, I googled the medical center and they show a couple campgrounds close by. One even offers free shuttle service from campground to Anderson. http://texasmedicalcenter.org/lodging-n ... al-center/ the google site list as texas medical center with M C Anderson close by. South Main RV campground has free shuttle. Hope this helps. Best of luck to you and your wife. John
