Hiking and bike trails (new,) beautiful 18 hole golf course, best beach in the US, great ocean/canal front restaurants, fishing, boating, large and very private pull-throughs, huge new swimming pool, three fresh water lakes, museum and nature center...etc. Situated amidst thousands of acres of pristine coastal forest and marsh land. Under $30 per night for full hook-up. I'm getting breathless but you get the idea.
