Cypress Trail RV Resort

Post by RetiredFifthWheeler »

Cypress Trail is a brand new RV resort in Fort Myers, Florida. There are lots available for rent or sale. All the lots are advertised to be at least 35'x90' with a concrete pad of 20'x70'. We initiated the process to purchase a lot here last February and were finally able to move onto the lot Christmas Eve. Our lot Is a little bigger than the standard and right across the street from the clubhouse, which we wanted. It has been a long process but things look like they are rounding into shape. We did just get Wired Internet access to our lot on February 4th. Here are some pictures. I will add more shortly. Their website is: http://www.cypresstrailrv.com

Wayne and Ruth, that looks like a WONDERFUL place to stay!!! CONGRATS! We have a friend down in Bonita Springs that we stay near when we are down that way - and that might not be too far for us to go to see HIM...

If we DO get down there, maybe we can come and see you guys!! again, Congrats! DnD

You would pass by us on I-75 on the way to Bonita Springs. That is about 27 miles south of us.

Wayne, will keep you in Mind - if we DO happen to get down there next year! Our dear friend is widowed and in his mid-eighties, and from our area, and he LOVES getting visited from anyone from our small area who comes down that way.
LOVE this website for being able to find out just WHO is WHERE!!!!! LOL! D

Wow Wayne, looks like a real nice place! I wish I'd have thought about it last week when I spent two days trying to find a nice campground down that way. We were going to spend the winter at home this year but cabin fever set in and next Tuesday were out of here for 6 weeks. We will be at a campground in Ruskin FL on the Manatee River.
Hopefully when we get home in late March this winter will be a memory!
Enjoy!

Here are some daytime shots. Cypress Trail is located off exit 139 of I-75. There are about five RV dealers within two exits. There is also a Pilot and a Camping World at exit 139.
