Ive been trying to keep the roof of my 5er clean but the roof is winning. Ive tried all kinds of cleaners and its still dirty. This morning I tried a mixture of Spic&Span with Murphys Oil Soap that I read about on the other site and that was a real let down. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I dont know if it is a good thing or not But on my last camper I used Awsome cleaner from the dollar store It is yellow in a spray bottle I mix it with water and some spic and span it seemed to work good. I dont use it stright Unless i had a real tough stan.
Like I said It works but dont know if it is the best thing for the rubber though

Joe,

Check out this site it has roof maintenance and cleaning tips.
I know if your doing any joint sealing (Dicor) is the best rubber roof sealant and is what most all major factory builders uses.

Go to the listed sites home page and find other tips about RV maintenance

Joe,
Check out this article

Personally I use Simple Green and a soft RV wash brush I bought from Camping World. Use plenty of water to rinse the roof but don't use too much pressure (pressure washer  ).
