I've cracked one of the little black plastic parts the inserts into the metal rung portion of the ladder. It has 3 screws that hold it in place. I'm afraid that if I step on it it's gonna break the rung on the ladder. The dealer said that I have to buy a whole new ladder. I'm sure there's a company out there mass producing these little items for some company that makes the ladders, but I can't find out where to get them. I don't want to pay $150.00 for a new ladder when all I need is $1.50 part. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank's

Hi Mike, have you tried Lentz's Rv Repair (253 584-6762) in Spanaway. They tend to have bits and pieces of different items around the shop. If you show them the part you're looking for they may just have it.
