re-arranging the furniture final chapter
Hello, Folks!
I just finished this afternoon the final steps in adding a sofa to my trailer. I built oak end tables which are hollow inside for storage on the street side and the other side holds the power boxes. It took me to week ends to build the poplar stick frames and cover them with 3/4 inch solid oak panels.

As usual, your comments are welcome.

Hey, thanks for the flattering comparison! The problem would be, of course, hauling around all those tools! I used a table saw, 5 hp planer, two routers, sanders, a cordless drill, and a compressor to apply the urethane. Where could I sleep? (LOL)Luizianna wrote:Great job Mike!! If you and George ever retire, ya'll could just travel around to all the rally/get togethrs and make extra cash doing mods for the rest of us!!
Even if I miss the recliners and decide to put them back in, I will leave the end-table/cabinets as they are now. I like the convenience of having the power panel horizontally mounted and accessible with out having to go on my knees every time I want to flip a circuit breaker.
My grandchildren are going to love trying it out tonight!
By the way, I was wondering if anyone realized that little power converter has two fuses on the back of its case. I had to wonder why they boxed that thing in to such an inaccessible place in case of maintenance??

I agree, having just taken mine out as it started popping the circuit breaker.
The two fuses fuse the 12 volt output of the converter. A portable drill and long bit removed the screws without much trouble. Expensive little dudes.
I am thinking of upgrading from the 55 amp tothe 75 amp model, but I don't know why I should.
Best price seems to be here.

A friend who has a 29 Cardinal WBLX has rearranged his furniture here is the link to the pictures.

He moved the recliners to the area where the couch was and the couch to where the table was. He had a round table that he put in the rear where the recliners had been

Rob,
Yeah I know he isn't a member. They have a computer but do not have the internet and I have not been able to talk them into it. When they come over I show them the website. Then when he makes modifications he sure can't wait to show them to me!!
You know the old saying you can take a horse to water but you can't make him drink
Also Rob, His trailer is another one that does not have the holding tanks insulated or covered with the sheet metal. The only tank covered with sheet metal is the fresh water tank.
