I thought I was going to be a Cardinal owner

Well after a year of shopping and comparing, we had narrowed our choices down to a Cardinal 30TS and a Montana 3075RL. Very similar floor plans and amenities and price. I was leaning toward the Cardinal, but DW was leaning toward the Montana because it has washer/dryer hookups. Would have to go to next longer model in the Cardinal. Well, guess who won. I guess I will have to mosey over to the Montana owners web site now. I did learn an awful lot while reading this site though, and do appreciate that.

I understand your situation as we had the same issues only reversed I liked the Montana and my wife liked the Cardinal. Our case was just like yours from then on, My wife won! We have the Cardinal!!

Enjoy the Montana and just because you are going to be a Montana owner doesn't mean you can't stop by and chat once and awhile!

Indeed, if you're ever up here in the Northwest and see a Cardinal in the CG be sure to stop by.

We left for Colorado June 2. Somewhere up 287 around Childress or so, saw 2 Cardinals, one right behind the other. Couple days later, saw what appeared to be the same parked side by side at Fun Valley RV Resort. Was that any of y'all? Was going to stop in and ask, but no one was around whenever I went by.

You will not be sorry you bought a Montana. I looked at them long and hard before I bought my 30 wb. My only regret was Keystone did not offer even as an option a metal under belly. Instead they use an ABS sheet. That turned me away.

The last trailer I owned had an ABS underbelly and it got some holes punched in it by road debris.

One thing I loved about the Montana is the radius corners they had on them. I have looked at the '07 line and don't see them anymore! Too bad, it sure made for a clean, smooth look.
