Bird Bath?
Getting ready to give the Cardinal a cleaning. What means/methods/products are you using to wash your 5er?
Thanks

LOTS of elbow grease, soap & water and sweat.. Seriously, using a power washer made cleaning the Bird especially the roof alot easier.

I use Simple Green and a power washer. Set the power washer to fan so you will not be blowing water threw window & door seals or blowing things off you really want left on. Power washers make cleaning the front easlier.

Like Wayne said..........I use the power washer on "fan" setting and it works great.....just use common sense and it will save you alot of time, and do a great job........ESPECIALLY on that pesky roof membrane.Cardinal Man wrote:Be careful using a power washer it can damage the chaulking around windows ect... . I only use a Garden Hose to wash mine with lots of soap.

Ditto what Bruce said....and actually you don't have to rub very hard with the drier sheets either! We use a wash/wax cleaner from CW that contains carnuba wax, and a brush with an extension handle...a ladder and drier sheets for the front cap, then go over the front with the carnuba wax wash. We use a rubber roof cleaner on the roof. Not taking any chances with that thing...lol We were also told NOT to use any kind of citrus cleaner on the roof.
