Jim, as cheaply as the stock one is made, I don't think they would have given any of us more than $2.00 in allowance for it! LOL! I really think that they know that everyone will replace it. We love our pillowtop mattress and have one in the house as well. Donna

Donna, I see you put curtains in windows. Did you use a regular wrap around curtain rod? I was wondering if one fit under the window valance.

Hello "MRS. BAYOUBENGAL"!! I feel funny calling you "MRS." LOL! To answer your question, I purchased 2 lace valances and 2 long panels to match at a garage sale and cut one valance in 2 to make the window valances in the bed area and used the other valance to put at the dresser area. I just used the rod that came with the original curtains. Then I made 3 cornices to cover up the tops of the lace curtains. I used the 2 long panels on the shower surround. I didn't care for the curtains that came with the rig. Didn't care for the heavy bedspread, either, so we have a down duvet and then I used a crocheted coverlet over that.
Are you folks coming to the Rally in Branson? You are pretty close to that area, so you might as well!!!!!!! LOL! Hope you can make it! Donna

Thanks Donna, it's Kim. Just letting everyone know the Mrs was concerned about the decor. Hubby finds everything the way it comes fine.

We won't be at the rally, but might see you somewhere else in our travels. We still need to order our new rig. Right now we are concerned about the 1850 cargo capacity. It really seems to be a lot less than the other models.

Have fun at the rally.

how's that old saying go? You can pry my king bed from my cold dead hands! I'll never give mine up.

We bought a memory foam mattress topper at Costco. Unbelievably comfy!!!
