That is a very nice $400 option from Dodge, I really like my B&W Companion hitch, is a very tight and not sloppy around hitch pin, it is design so you can never make a mistake with it not being clamped around the pin unless you just miss the whole Pin Box.

George how does that B&W Companion work with the factory installed hitch hardware under the bed? My truck came with the 5th wheel and goose neck prep package. I got looking for the release handle like the B&W has and couldn't find it. I finally went to the dealer and the service manager showed me how the Ford ball hitch works, it has pins and a release on the ball. Right now I glad I don't need the fifth wheel hitch, I suppose the hitch manufacturers will all come out with their own versions to fit the factory units.

I have the flip over ball hitch and remove the ball and install the companion 5th hitch in the hole, you slip the pin in and tighten the jab bolt on top.
Very easy to remove and install the hitch in the truck.
