HHO

Post by roger5438 »

Has anyone tried a hydrogen generator system on their diesel? There is much on web about them, but would like some real time info. Did you see mileage gain? Any issues with warranty? Any problems? tks rogr

HI Roger, sorry I have no personal experience with that product and I don't intend to. I probably understated the product when I called it hype when it is actually a scam. IMO

I spoke to a diesel tech. at Worthington Ford today. He indicated ANY CHANGE in intake or exhaust system is an automatic void of Ford warranty.
This is stops any thoughts of trying HHO for me. Will have to live with 10mpg +/- :(

Made a trip to Fairbanks ak from Anchorage towing the "Bird" mpg 10.5. Drove to Chena Hots spings plus several side trips to North Pole,ak. while in Fbks empty with 4 adults in tv mpg 16.5.
Am heading south to lower 48 in Sept. had hopes of finding a way to improve towing mpg. :(
