I know whay you mean about that worry bead. To be honest with you Mike, Diann and I had a sigh of relief when we got home from the two rallies. With our history of engine issues, the truck performed flawlessly.

Mike if others are having the same issue GM will figure it old shortly and have a fix. I also have a code reader and reset a code on DW's Buick Rainier. Mistake! Dealer said because I had reset the error they could not trouble shoot the issue. Had to wait for the error again. Each new gen engine/truck will have a few issues. Oh i do in fact its the best truck i have ever had. All the big three are having problems with setting codes there are WAY to many sensors in this truck. Hopefully it will set again soon it has until the end of Feb. before i start towing again. GM is suppose to have a software fix right after the first of the year. May have to wait until the next regen since that is when it did it this time, right after the regen was done.

John I know what you mean i felt the same way about my trailer :))

Mine was a bad turbo vane position sensor. No longer covered under GM warranty. Sensors were dropped a couple years ago. May get a partial "goodwill" refund. ($810 out of $1000)

Problem could also be a bad MAF sensor according to others. Apparently, this code shows for several different issues. They had to spend some time troubleshooting mine. I will say the fix has worked all 10,000 miles so far.

Well if that is the case we shall see who pays. Did you have intermittent problems or when it was bad it was bad.

You won't have any problems in that regard since your truck is only in it's first year.

When it went bad, it went bad. Kept clearing the codes and it would run 10-15 minutes and come back.
