George's old truck was Casper which I may have suggested! I suggested "The Shadow" for this one. Gosts do not cast shadows? Chris
But aren't shadows black. Besides...naming trucks??? :?

Rob
Why not Rob? It does not cost anything unless you get a personalized plate or paint it on the side. =))

I called my truck "the Beast", but after going over the scales, it's "Bubba!" =))

True, but what you and Mike call your trucks is more of a description than a name. 8)

I now have 499 miles on the truck and the hitch is installed, we will be doing our first pull with the new truck this weekend.
I tell you the 2011 Duramax has a lot more raw power that you can feel.

I have not pulled the trailer yet, but just driving around I am very happy with ride and power it has. As for pulling the trailer Mike and I did our own tow test challenge many times going to Yellow Stone, he was up the hill every time by a 1/2 mile leaving my older Duramax behind at a max speed of 50 MPH and RPM's at the max while shifting down to pull the load with a 4:48 rear end.
I have no idea how the new 2011 Ford Diesel is performing but I am sure that anyone upgrading to these new high Horse Power / high Torque engines out for 2011 will be happy.

I am sure that all of the new trucks are performers. I had to relocate a friends Big Horn 3070 last week. It is close to 40 feet long with 4 slides and pretty well loaded, with washer/dryer, dual pane windows, all the options. I only towed it 60 miles but like I said before, in WV you are either going uphill or down hill. I am now convinced that the new F350 will handle anything that the wife wants and whatever she puts in it :thumbrt: The Ford has a 355 rear gear and is still very impressive compared to the 08 Dodge.

George, I know that you will be surprised when you hook up and go. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
