no doubt youll love it Rob. I have a 5.4 gasser a 6.8 v10 gasser, and i drive evry iteration of ford diesel from 94 up dor my side work, they all are great trucks. Every newer one better than the previous, I do love the power of the diesels towing and plowing, I have yet to do either with the 6.7 but im sure that will happen soon.

So lets get some pics and a first impression my good man

Rob, I know that you will be impressed with everything about the truck. I have had mine since May and I still can't believe the difference every time I drive it. It is so nice I am thinking about selling the VW and driving the Ford every day. Does it have the 3.55 or the 3.31 gear?

Rob, you will be amazed by the difference between the V10 and the new diesels. It's like going from a Pinto to a 'Vette! :d

Jeff
well i guess im a pinto man, Cause im not ready for my midlife crisis Vette!

I enjoy being the black sheep, now that Rob has gone to the oil burners....us gassers are down a good man... :((
I'm speaking from personal experience, and wow, 8% uphill grade, 7000' elevation, 30 mph, 13,000# behind a 9000# truck, step on the GO pedal, and GO! Not mentioning the MPG is fairly constant at any elevation with the turbocharging and computers. I've driven non-turbo diesels, and they were worse then the gas jobs above 2000'. Or anywhere else in most cases.

Rob let me know how the tires work out thats what I am planning on getting this spring since there are not a lot of choices for 18" tires load range E Mine came with the Goodyears which if I'm lucky I will get 30k out of.
