I have the Edge on my 2011 GMC and it performs great except: when using remote start. The unit will not come while running on the remote start. The unit will not turn on after inserting the key in the ignition. I have to disconnect from the OBDII port and reconnect. Then it works fine. I have let the remote time out and then start it with the key. The unit will not come on. I have to disconnect from the OBDII port and reconnect. I have the latest upgrades. Am I doing something wrong???

Send Edge an email explain what is going on include the insights serial number they will set up a fix for you. ONLY problem is it will reset the Edge and you need to set it up all over again.. I did this Friday and it was working great until yesterday went back to the same problem soooooo. Also before you choose to email them you are touching the screen after you turn on the key right? Plus you do not need to let the remote time out push the center button on the key fob and it will shut off the truck.
