Job Box (Fuel Box)

Post by RetiredFifthWheeler »

I am thinking of getting a job box for the bed of our truck (Dodge 3500 dually). There are some with extra fuel storage available. Does anyone have any experience with these?

I have the Transfer Flow 50 gallon tank/toolbox. Love it. It's deep enough to hold large wheel chocks, tools, tie downs, etc. that I carry. When unlocked it can be unlatched from either side and opened. It's mounted on the 3" risers, that way lumber, plywood sheets can be carried flat in the bed. The 3" rise doesn't interfere with towing the 'Bird.

I got it when I had the '09 F350 and had it transferred to the '12 F350. The fuel tank is tested to all the DOT, etc. standards.
