Obviously you never had a pre-2003 cummins Pez. I bet that was the loudest diesel ever put in a pickup! My 2002 Dodge cummins had people gathering up their kids just idling through the Wal-Mart parking lot!

Sad but true ... I friend of mine just laid his 2005 F250 to rest. Since he bought it (new) he has replaced two turbos and now the engine is blown. He went out and purchased a F250 with the 7.3L. Says he may trade when the 2008 come out with the new engine. If they get the bugs out maybe I'll go back.
Ford DOES make a good truck, they just made a mistake with the 6.0L.
Good luck to all the owners of the 6.0 PSD but above is why I traded.
Not raggin on Ford, just my $.02

What if we could make our own trucks? Maybe a Ford chassis, with a Cummins hooked up to an Allison Tranny? :P
