Keith this is a friends tank . I bought a 50 gal Titan about 4 four years ago and have been happy with it . A tonneu cover will go over a Titan tank . It is also electric and pumps 5 gal per cycle .

Marv, what is this “California legal” you speak of? Are there rules against carrying extra fuel in CA?

You must have an automatic pump or a manual pump. You cannot have a line going from the auxiliary tank to the factory tank manually with or without a cutoff.

The pump for sale here appears legal and a heck of deal. I have had an auxiliary tank or years, and they are well worth the money. I added a separate gauge
showing factory and aux. tank fuel levels.

CARB (California Air Resources Board) is a real PITA (Pain in The A**). With smog checks every two years they look at aftermarket equipment with crossed eyes. I’ve not known them to get particularly crazy about aux fuel tanks but that is part of the joys of CA life. Many fuel tank manufacturers exclude CA sales because they won't pay the extortion fees to get certified for use in CA.
