2008 37RL in beautiful, immaculate condition. No smoking. No Pets In Waseca MN- set up as seasonal and never towed elsewhere. Used 2 short seasons- mainly weekends. Love it, but it no longer to fit our needs. It is beautifully appointed(as these units all are) with the sandstone color scheme. NADA says $53-62, We are asking $42,000. Motivated to sell.
