And as for Cold weather, we have been able to keep the rig cozy with only using 2 small space heaters, down to 20º! The Decals are as Sharp and Bright as they were when we first brought it home!
This length will fit into any campground spot. GREAT Kitchen with “U” shaped counter
space and TONS of storage. This floor plan is no longer being built.

Thanks for the VERY NICE compliments, Mike!

Looking back to the very FIRST time we saw this floor plan and color scheme in Jacksnonville, FL - It caught my BREATH! I fell in LOVE..... and as with every rig we have ever owned, from our first slide in truck camper, to the 2 Winnebagos we owned (a '73 and a'74), then the 24 foot travel trailer and then THIS '07 rig - I LOVED them all but this '07, was perfect for us for many years, and now we have moved up and making this NEW 3675 rig our own!

Thanks for your Help! Donna

Thanks, Tom! We were VERY meticulous about going through EVERYTHING inside and out during and after every trip! I pretty much did any touch ups or things like that inside and Den was the 'underneath' and outside 'fixer'! LOL! We were pretty tickled at some of the folks who came into it in ABQ and said that they couldn't believe we had been living in it for almost 5 months and it looked like we had just left home! LOL! Everything goes back in it's place and it is easy to live in....

Well, I re-listed our rig on Craig's List last night - could only get 4 pictures to load on it day before yesterday, so I deleted that ad and put the new one on - added SEVERAL pictures and they TOOK this time..

So, here lies my Question: This morning, I got a phone call from a Gentleman who is with a company called: RV Registry.com... He gave me his name, and said that he was calling about our listing for the 5th wheel, and told me about his company and that they look to help people sell their campers - and while looking at all the newest ads for the last few days - OURS was the best looking and was very reasonably priced... (I looked at other listings, TOO before I listed ours - and I cannot BELIEVE the condition that people take pictures of! Unmade beds, dirty towels thrown over the top of shower, dirty dishes and bags of stuff sitting on the counters... ATROCIOUS! I would LOVE to help them STAGE their rigs to sell, but I will sell mine FIRST ! LOL!)

Anyway - Has anyone ever used a service such as this -??? I asked him what was the 'glitch' and how big a cut do they take? Flat rate of $299.00 to list and no charge till it SELLS.. they advertise in Trailer life and other publications such as that, and can probably sell our rig between 1-6 weeks from time of listing... I must admit, I was very skeptical and was pretty 'cold and rude' with him and he did not get offended - he even asked if he could email info on their service and have us discuss it before we listed... We keep it here, till sold and money is collected....they are located in Omaha, Nebraska

Sounds too good to be true??????????

Anyone had any experience with this outfit??????? HELP!! I do know that it would get a LOT more coverage on Trailer life! Donna

Great news, Mike! He asked how long we had had it listed, and I told him since yesterday afternoon....! LOL!

Den is in for lunch and when I told him all about it, he told me to do whatever I wanted - and MY opinion is since it is so NEWLY listed and looks SO nice, I will just wait - if no action in 2 or 3 weeks, might consider that option.. But I can re-list in a week again, and that will keep it closer to the top of the "pile"...

What you may find is your bird is listed in back of the magazine with 100s of other ads - which very few people look at. And now that most of these magazines have gone digital, I suspect the number of ad viewers is nil.

I would leave it on Craig's List. I know it's my go to place to find something specific. When I was selling some antique furniture before we moved to OKC, I listed the pieces in both Sacramento area (our home) and San Francisco area. It worked - sold some local and some to San Francisco resident! You just need to slightly alter your ad so the system does not see it as an exact duplicate. The more coverage, the better :d

Not sure how it works for selling, but you might check eBay.

I think you are right, Millie - we have a friend who advertises and sells cars and trucks on ebay all the time... going to check with HIM to see what the fees are - they take quite a hit for small sales - I used to sell small stuff a lot on there...

Thanks for all of the INPUT, folks!

And he'd probably get the $299 whether a buyer sees it on his ad our yours.

Very possible! I am really not nice to 'cold call' salesman, but this guy was not the usual SLICK feller - Will just wait for a while after I realist on CL for 3 or 4 times in the next month...

I am CHEAP, remember?? Not as cheap as YOU, but close!!!!! LOL!
