Cardinal RV Club

Just sold our 29RKLE to the NICEST folks! They live just a very few miles from us and ABSOLUTELY love it!!! They came to see it Wednesday evening and stayed till 2:00 A.M.! then they came back this morning again, and to finalize!!!! YEEHAW!!!!!! Den has agreed to store it when they aren't using it for a year, and make the bed frame into a king one (he will have to take the bedside cabinet out) and he will take the booth and table out, as they are taking an round oak one that we have...

Now, for the WANTED item! They have a short box truck and will need a slider hitch, so if anyone has one for sale PLEASE let me know!!!!

They are hoping to get it home later next week... I am going to check out other avenues, as well.

CELEBRATION! CELEBRATION!!!!!!!! Pop open the ADAM! YEEHAW!!!!!!!

Donna, you DID tell them about the Club didn't you? If they are that close you need to work on them.

Of COURSE I told them, but they are not retired yet and so only go local for the weekends.

They are GREAT people! Very outgoing and friendly. Can't wait for you guys to meet them! Maybe one of these days.........

That's great Donna, we became very good friends with the couple that purchased our 2006 Cardinal, it is nice seeing and sitting in the 2006 Cardinal we sold.
We have a trip planned to Winchester Bay with them, they got a great deal on a like new trailer and I got higher then retail book value when I sold it so it was a win win for both and I got to keep my $2600 17.5" wheels and tires that I just purchased and they got the 2014 trailer wheels and tires.
The dealers want to steal them from you during a trade, selling on your own works well when you have the time to wait and sell.

Great news Donna. I'm sure your glad that is off your list of things to do.

Now you are NOT going to believe what a GREAT thing is falling into place! I found an older post from April, that Cina and Bob were looking for a booth, and the gal and her hubby that bought OUR rig would prefer a table and chairs, so I put the 2 of them together and posted a message to Cina, AND to Sharon and it sounds like Cina and Bob are going to make a ROAD TRIP to pick up the booth and Sharon and her hubby Dana are going to get the table and CHAIRS from Cina and BOB! HOORAYYYY! Love it when a PLAN comes TOGETHER~~~ !!!!

Haven't posted in ages, but I thought I better poke my head in here & say hello to all I have met,& those I have not.
It has been a long time past my experation date to post ( shame on me )
So I just saw Donna's post re: Our Road Trip & YES it's true..I am still reeling & waiting to wake up, but every time I check in with Donna it's still REAL !!! Wow, and it all started with a simple question.We were chatting online one morning & she ask if we ever got a booth unit for our 29LX . To be honest I had forgotten I posted it way back in June or something ..So we chatted a little longer & yep the plan has come together . I am soooo excited for all concerned. We have always wanted a booth ( well a new camper would be first choice ) just never marked it off our round-to-it list. So long story short is Illinois HERE WE COME. Have never been there .Then from there we are going to N Carolina to see our grand daughter . Bob's back is very bad, but we are determined.
I cannot thank Donna & Dennis enough for making this dream come true !!!
