Rally Guidelines

If a wagonmaster is unable to attend a rally already scheduled, DO NOT CANCEL, ask one of the attending members to take over as wagonmaster, if one agree's, contact the RV park with the info. If no one steps up, contact a site administrator.

 Rallies are for all Cardinal 5th Wheel & Travel Trailer Owners.

 Guest will be allowed to attend a Rally with some exceptions. See below.

 Leaders should make arrangements with the campground that if someone has a guest that they please Not put them in the same row as the cardinal members are in. Guests should be in a separate area from the club members since we hope to get more and more sponsorships.

 Family members or Traveling Guests are welcome but let’s try to limit them. We may end up with more guests than members!

 Guests will be openly invited to join us for Pot Lucks, Campfires, or just general chit chat.

 Guests should be told by the member that invited them that Club activities are limited to Members Only such as, Bingo, Door Prizes and other Group Activities.

 We appreciate your help in this and we hope with some guidelines in place, there should be no confusion. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you with any concerns you may have or issues that arise.
