395 North triple spotting

As we were headed south on 395 coming home today from Bishop we spotted 3 birds heading north on 395. The first was spotted just north of Independance about 12:30 pm, the second was about 7 miles south of Lone Pine about 1:pm the third was about 2 miles north of Pearsonville about 2:00 pm. Now how fun is that to watch for other "birds" on the road. We had our windows down, so my hubby waved at each one, but we could not tell if we were seen. LOL Also two slots down from where we were staying was another Cardinal owner. He had a 2004 Americana Cardinal. I told him about the club and invited him to join, hopefully he will, if you do, welcome Pete. Will post some pictures of the fall color later. By the way we caught over 150 fish the week we were there.
