A new 3850 (?) full body paint in the San Fernando Valley

We were west bound on I 118 at Reseda BL in the San Fernando Valley of southern California and saw this new looking Cardinal (maybe a 3850 XL) with full body paint going east bound at about 8 am July 6th. Too soon for Mt Rushmore travel, but maybe they have a lot of stops. Anyway, you were looking very good.
