A toy hauler Cardinal?

Post by Big Bird »

Yesterday, 2-18-12, we saw a bird on I 210 near San Bernardino, CA. She was headed east and looking very proud. She was a toy hauler and looked to measure close to 40 feet.

I wonder if Forest River is rebranding a Toy Hauler as a Cardinal. They don't show any Cardinal Toy Hauler model in the online info. I just looked at the FR toy hauler brands, some are darn nice. But, wow! One 5er Toy Hauler model I looked at could make the Beast grunt. GVWR is 19,000#, and 41 feet LOA.

I wonder how many of those I'll see heading to California City or Randsburg, parked out on the BLM lands?

I do not think this was a new FW, but it was well maintained. And it was big. I have some toy haulers stored near us at the storage lot and they are big.
