question about washer/dryer installation

looking for the dimensions of the washer/dryer area in a 2016 3250 (which i dont have yet). looking to see if i can install one that is 27" wide and needs 35" front to back clearance. height isnt a problem. the front to back includes 4" in the back and 1" in the front clearance. the 27" is the actual width, i will need 1" on each side once in place.
how do u handle installation over carpet?
