We are about 6 months from relocating into the Livingston area as a start on fulltiming. I'm thinking that we will squat there a little and than start to roam as the notion {and weather}take us. We are new to this forum, been camping about 30 years it all sorts of rigs.

we are escapees and are living the full time life style. We've been to Livington tx. only twice. We use the mail service for all our mail. We are retired but work on and off. After working all your life it's hard to stop. We are from the NE originally. worked in New Milford Ct. Just got tired of the cold and moved south in the late late 70's. Also no state taxes here in Texas. Wish you the best.

We are also Escapees and like joem only stayed a couple times. We found our AT&T cell phones weak there, so we now winter about 50 miles south and on the edge of Houston in New Caney TX. Use the mail service and go there for license plates etc, but spend little time in our official address.

Crazybear, you might send Roberta (on this forum) a note. They are also going to Benson and they live just down the road from you in Clayton. I live in Pike County, IL and we are on the way to Texas until the end of Feb and then around to Florida until April. Hope you have a nice winter.

We are not that far apart. We make it to Siloam Springs a few times in the summer. We look just like our avatar so if you see us, stop and sit a spell. We are leaving for Texas in 4 days and plan to stay there until the end of February and then pull around to Florida until April. My son lives in St Petersburg so maybe we can mooch off him for awhile!!! Have a safe trip and Merry Christmas!!!

Ernie
You will be just a couple days ahead of us; depending how long my "flight leader" wishes to spend with our grand kids.
If you stay at Hinton, be sure to hug our dear friends, Barb & Roger, the camp hosts for us
