LEASE a 3500-F350
Does any of the big 3 offer a lease on a 3500 or 350 I wish I could lease a new one and turn it in every 3 or 4 years But ford don't offer that . I told them they need a Rv lease for the RV guys that keep them nice and don't put a dent in every panel. Think about it they could do a 4 year lease with low miles and have a nice low mile truck with 35-40 K to sell when done. they would just have to make it astronomical fees if it didn't come back nice and clean.

Re: LEASE a 3500-F350
I have never leased a vehicle, I know people that do and while they have it they just "drive it" and nothing more. I can say that I purchased a leased vehicle one time and had serious engine problems with less than 70,000 miles. I don't feel that there would be a large resale market for a leased vehicle that probable buyers knew what it was used for. Besides if you do lease one it would be hard to make it "yours", if it did not perform the way that you thought or wanted it to.

Re: LEASE a 3500-F350
I used to lease from Ford. At least back in 2005. there are plenty of non-ford funding options that will do leases too. I found that for my situation, leasing was a bad idea, as I drive about 20K/yr. I turn my vehicles over about every 5-6 years, usually getting about 25K or so in trade + approx. 10K in discounts for x-plan/rebates, and financing the rest. Seems to work out, and keeps the payment reasonable.Diesel Dave 04 wrote:Does any of the big 3 offer a lease on a 3500 or 350 I wish I could lease a new one and turn it in every 3 or 4 years But ford don't offer that . EDIT: didn't notice that this was a fairly old post.

Does not hurt to give an old post a new kick start as things may have changed!
