Tonneau Covers

Discuss with others about towing. What is the best tow vehicle, hitches, brake controllers, etc, keeping in mind that everybody has his/her favorite.

Mine is a "Torza", soft, tri-fold...made in Elkhart , In. ........................ Imagine that :))
I love it, it folds in seconds, has no rails, and comes off, and on, if I need to in no time at all.

All "clamps" are built into it, no parts to lose..like I said, I love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumbrt:

I have the Lund Tri fold I love it. The one im useing is from my ford and it dont fit the dodge just right but is does fit. I will most likely sell it and get a new one that fits the dodge. I think I will go to a Torza Cause I here good feedback and it is $299 not $450. With that said any one need one for a ford long bed?

I recently got the Extang metal tri-fold. So far I absolutely love it. It's so simple but rigid. But I haven't towed the 5ver with the Extang installed yet -- just our Popup trailer and around town. But I hauled a bunch of lumber that stuck out the back yesterday and it worked great.

I'm sure it'll work fine towing the 5ver, but I won't really know until I do it. That will have to wait for another month or two.

I am using the Extang Trifecta. Super easy to install and remove. It uses two large "wing nuts" up front and spring loaded clamps at the rear. Folds up enough to allow leaving it installed when hitched. Love this tonneau.

So far the Bakflip is holding up well, with the long box the last fold to fold up against the window which is what i will have to do when i fill the extra tank is pretty heavy. Other then that it's holding up well so far but still not the perfect tonneau cover if there is such a thing.
