Re: Yellowstone RV Park?
I haven't stayed at Yellowstone RV Park but last summer we stayed at the West Yellowstone KOA. It's not the nicest KOA we've stayed at but the park is big and there are some nice amenities. Another member recommended Grizzly RV Park in West Yellowstone and we checked it out and it was really nice (We wish we would have stayed there). It is close to town and very close to the west entrance of the park.
I'm sure someone will be along that knows about the specific park you're looking at but if not give Grizzly RV Park a look.

Re: Yellowstone RV Park?
We stayed at Yellowstone RV Park in Billings a couple of years ago in June for a couple of days. For the price, it was a nice park to stay in. The reason we didn't stay at the KOA, was that there prices were out of this world. If I remember the price was about $50.00 per day which isn't bad during the summer months. I would stay there again if going through Mt.

Re: Yellowstone RV Park?
West Yellowstone and Billings are several hours apart. The Billings KOA is the corporate home park for KOA, pricey but definitely up to standards for KOA, have not stayed at the parks in Billings but have driven through them on trips through the area by car. If visiting the Yellowstone Park area basing out of West Yellowstone (and Grizzly) is a good location.

Re: Yellowstone RV Park?
We stayed at a us forest service camp ground 1 mile from the west entrance for 7.50 a night with a golden pass.the park was very high priced as far as i thought. the federal camp ground was 6.00 for electric. so we paid 13.50 a night for water, electric and camp sight.it is on wrong side of park for you.

The KOA on the Montana side of Yellowstone that you may be thinking about is at Bozeman. We've stayed there several times, It's a nice park and is close to the North entrance to Yellowstone.
