Yes it is better! And we pick-up the go-kart on steroids tomorrow afternoon. New 2010 Smart Fortwo Passion Coupe. Blue metallic and silver with leather seats etc. Sure is a fun little ride! B-)

WOW! You sure don't waste any time! Apparently it is short enough to fit, huh? Great news!

Depends on your definition of short enough. It will stick out from the sides of the cab about 2 inches either side, but nowhere near the distance the mirrors stick out. Illegal: yes, blatantly: no. Did not want to waste time, when the truck is done I need a cheap way to pick it up, drive Smart up there, load it up and drive both back. Besides you will notice I bought a 2010 at the end of the model year: cheaper! :ymcowboy:
And they had the car equipped the way we wanted it in the right color combo. :thumbrt: With 61 throbbing horsepower behind it!

Silly me, somebody had mentioned that the newer ones are just a bit longer than the ones made a couple of years ago. Still not as wide as the mirrors, PRICELESS! lol! AND you saved Sharon some $$!! Can't wait to see pix! d

We don't need to drive it on to the truck, electric winch will be truck mounted so we pull it! Uhaul makes a hitch for it that is frame mounted to hook winch to. Mike it is a bit over 10 lbs more like 1860 but not a problem on the back of a twin screw semi. The salesman really shows off maneuvering by driving through the walkway in front of the dealership, once he did that I had to have one. I want one of the biggest most powerful vehicles and one of the smallest least powerful to keep my driving skills honed. :thumbrt: =)) =))

By the way Mike, that picture is it perfectly.

That winch will come in handy on those heavy Jack Days so you do not drive over the other side. :)) =))

Looks to like a hitch would fit nicely on the roof of the gokart. You could save all those $$$ you are spending on the truck. :))
